Maginnis Howard Obtains Appellate Victory in Mecklenburg County

Maginnis Howard Charlotte attorney Charles G. Monnett III obtained an appellate victory this week in the North Carolina Court of Appeals. The Court confirmed a $760,035.44 trial verdict in a Mecklenburg County case where our client, who was a news reporter, suffered a fractured tibia after being struck by the operator of a truck in a parking lot.
